THE CHOICE HAS BEEN MADE! Top Specialty Food of the Year 2017
As you know, each year I name a Top Specialty Food of the Year. Last year our Top Specialty Food of the Year 2016 was Dave’s Killer Bread–Good Seed Bread. Now, they don’t know who I am and have never sent me anything. I just discovered Dave’s Good Seed bread on my own at my local Sam’s club. Explore Cuisine Pasta –Pasta made from alternative flours, Gluten Free. I adored this pasta because of the wonderful varieties and the high protein. See review
Sesame Kingdom Mediterranean Spread –Flavored Sesame Seed Spreads. Words cannot describe the addictiveness of these spreads. Review
Bobo Bars & Bobo Bite Oatmeal Bars in a variety of Flavors. Walt went nuts for these bars. Review
Wild Planet Foods — Some of the many Wild Planet’s sustainable caught products available include: Wild Sardines, Wild Albacore, Wild Mackeral fillets. A wonderful solution for vacation eating or as a salad topper. Review
Skinny Pasta — Lo Cal Pasta alternative made from the Shirataki plant. All the different shapes makes this a must try product. Review

Sesame Kingdom Mediterranean Spread
I think I knew my winner all along…
The base of the spreads is organic sesame seeds that is slowly ground in stone wheels for hours, with dates, carob, figs and beets. These spreads are vegan, paleo, and don’t contain any gluten, preservatives, dairy, nuts or added sugar. They are an incredible substitute for peanut butter. I love all the varieties that I have tried and I am sure I would enjoy them all! Flavors include:

I absolutely love the Vita Coco Coconut Water!! I also love the Vita Coco Coconut Water with Pineapple. I’ve tried a few brands of coconut water I didn’t like but the Vita Coco is hands down the best. My husband says I’m hooked!

I have tried the Good Seed bread at Sams! I love it! Now i’ll have to go search for the spreads. The strawberry and fig sounds delish! HINT water is AMAZING, I love them all. I’ve been on that kick for a few months now! Since I can’t drink carbonated drinks, this is a great change from plain water! Happy New Year!
