My Reaction:
The Diamotech Pans seem to do everything claimed by the manufacturer. I found that eggs didn’t stick. Melted candy came right off, as did melted marshmallows. I made popcorn, then tried to burn it, the mess came right off. I couldn’t believe it when I could actually make Cheddar Cheese chips by grilling cheddar cheese, easily flipping it over and then sliding it right out of the pan. I found the pan cleaned up easier than any other pan I have ever owned, even high end pans. Best Non Stick Pan without Teflon? For the price, you can’t go wrong in my opinion.

I like that these pans are oven safe to 500 deg. I lost a pan trying to make dessert in the oven and had a bad experience!
I love that even super glue does not stick. I like to melt out the excess wax from candle jars that I want to keep, and this would be great if the wax does not stick.
I like that cheese won’t stick to it. It can get so messy otherwise!

I like that the non-stick pans will cook my eggs without them sticking. The best part for me is the easy clean up. For my wife would be the cool handle. She tends to turn her hand on the handles that stay hot!
