My Reaction:
The Diamotech Pans seem to do everything claimed by the manufacturer. I found that eggs didn’t stick. Melted candy came right off, as did melted marshmallows. I made popcorn, then tried to burn it, the mess came right off. I couldn’t believe it when I could actually make Cheddar Cheese chips by grilling cheddar cheese, easily flipping it over and then sliding it right out of the pan. I found the pan cleaned up easier than any other pan I have ever owned, even high end pans. Best Non Stick Pan without Teflon? For the price, you can’t go wrong in my opinion.

My favorite thing is that the non-stick coating is long lasting. I hate when a pan seems to just start losing that so quickly.

Most definitely the diamond infused ceramic technology!! We have another pan with that ceramic technology and it’s held up so great and basically we only use it so we could put to good use this set!! The nonstick, easy to clean power is by far the best!! Nothing is more aggravating than having your food stick!!
i love that they are oven safe, i really cook a lot of meals that utilize both stovetop and oven.
I love that their nonstick and that they can go in the oven. As a homeschooling mom of two littles, this would make meals soooo much easier!
I like that they are dishwasher safe. I have several pans that I can’t toss in the dishwasher and I hate hand washing them because they tend to hold scents. I’m also loving the coating is free of chemicals that may leach into our food.
What I like most about these pans is the Diamond Infused Ceramic Layer. My mother inlaw lives with us and is old school in her ways. She always manages to use utensils in our pans that scratch the surface. These pans would be perfect!!

The 12.5 inch pan looks like something that would get a lot of use in my kitchen. I cook like an Italian mom (love to make lots of food) so the bigger the better when it comes to cooking. I also like to do a lot of one pan meals.
