Winter’s Coming! I’m Planning My Getaway now!
This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic
I’m outta here!
Can you feel it? The snow is coming, the winter cold, and all the slushy yuck! I am a “One Day is Enough” winter person. Get a few outfit shots in the lovely pristine snow and then I am over it! My mind starts drifting to sundresses and sandals or at the very least, light cardigans and darling leather boots.
Since I live in Michigan, the reality is that winter lasts four months+. So I have to plan trips with Walt to bust out of here or I go MAD! This year we are eyeing a trip back to Charleston, SC. It’s just gorgeous there and we adore the architecture.
Where to Stay in Charleston?
This time when Walt and I return to Charleston, we have our eye on staying at the Hyatt House Charleston/Historic District.

What we are looking forward to in the Charleston – Historic District Hyatt House is the location! It’s centrally located in the heart of the Upper King Historic District with over 30 bars and restaurants less than a 10-minute walk away. Charleston, rated the #1 City to visit in America, has convenient access to beautiful beaches, iconic attractions, and unique festivals. The Charleston – Historic District Hyatt House is in the middle of it all it seems to us. PLUS, and this is the deciding factor for me, the Hyatt House has contemporary apartment-style suites. Walt and I can enjoy one-bedroom suites with kitchens and separate living spaces. I’m all about elegance and comfort.

Other bonus features I noticed for the Charleston – Historic District Hyatt House was that if I book directly at Hyatt.com I get the Best Rate Guarantee (we all know how I like to save money). I also noticed that there is free Wifi at all Hyatt Hotels–don’t you just HATE IT when a hotel charges you a massive fee for internet?

hello! So much fun!
I’d like to stay at the Hyatt Place Daytona Beach Oceanfront so that I could be by the ocean and get out of this cold weather!
I love the snow! I would go to Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Casino and Spa. I don’t think it could get any better than having fun at the Casino, eating a great dinner with your friends and family then following it up with a spa day. It’s a nice vacation.
I would stay at the Hyatt Place Sacramento/Roseville. It’s close to where my kids live. I live in Oregon and visit’s aren’t as frequent as I would like. Between gas and lodging, it can add up quickly. Staying at a really nice place at the Hyatt would be a dream and enjoying with my kids would really make it special. Thanks for a great giveaway!
Hyatt Place/Chicago Hoffman Estates; it is close by for visitors!
I would go to lake tahoe so i could gamble alittle and try some cross country skiing it would be a interesting vacation
I would use it at the Hyatt Place Ciudad del Carmen. It just looks beautiful, I’ve never been, and if you’re trying to get away Mexico seems like the place to do it. 🙂
I have never stayed at Hyatt but would love to!
Oop’s, I guess I screwed up my last answer by searching the site instead of following the link. But for the cold weather destination I would pick the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Casino and Spa
I would want to stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston because it’s close enough to home but far enough that it still feels like we’re getting away. I know it’ll still be cold but no one said we have to leave our hotel 😉
I would love to stay at the Hyatt House Chicago/Schaumburg because it is only about 1 hr from where I live & I have been wanting to check out Chicago;) thanks for the chance!
Andaz Napa because I have never been to Napa and the hotel looks wonderful.
Beaver Creek, Colorado sounds inviting for the winter sale
Hyatt Centric South Beach Miami. Very warm there this time of year.

I would love to take my fiance to the Hyatt in Key West FL for a great getaway!
