My Reaction:
The Diamotech Pans seem to do everything claimed by the manufacturer. I found that eggs didn’t stick. Melted candy came right off, as did melted marshmallows. I made popcorn, then tried to burn it, the mess came right off. I couldn’t believe it when I could actually make Cheddar Cheese chips by grilling cheddar cheese, easily flipping it over and then sliding it right out of the pan. I found the pan cleaned up easier than any other pan I have ever owned, even high end pans. Best Non Stick Pan without Teflon? For the price, you can’t go wrong in my opinion.

I like the easy clean up, many pans claim this and aren’t that easy to clean up.
I like that they have uniform heat distribution and easy cleanup. Anything that makes cooking and cleaning easier is great.

I like that it is free of dangerous chemicals found in other non-stick pans.
I love that even melted candy si ply wipes off because a good skillet with this feature is hard to find.
I like that it has an ultra non-stick surface which makes for easy, fast cleaning. They even say that Crazy Glue won’t stick.

I like the Longer Lasting Non-Stick Coating feature because I am one of those folks who doesn’t replace cookware for years.
I love the fact that the non-stick surface is strong and durable so that it’s not scratched or flaking away after a year or so of use. I have thrown so many pans in the trash after a year or two due to the surface breaking down. I now only use stainless steel pans for general cooking and the non-stick skillet for eggs or things that are likely to stick if I used another pan.
I love that these are Oven Safe Up To 500 degrees because sometimes for various reasons I may store a pan in the oven and then pre-heat said oven to cook dinner and forget about the pan that’s in there.
I love the “Longer Lasting Non-Stick Coating”. I do almost all the cooking in our house but occasionally my husband will make himself something like eggs, grilled cheese, leftovers…. He is great at so many things but cooking is not one of them. He turns the burners on high so food cooks faster. (That means a lot of burnt food in my pans) Then he scrapes the food out with metal tools and destroys my pans. These non-stick pans look like they would would help him up his cooking game and save me from having to throw my pans out.
Wonderful non-stick. Heats quickly.
I’m terrible when it comes to scratching my pots and pans. I always forget and use metal utensils when cooking. I need the durability the DIAMOTECH offers.
