The Taste of Summer Cookbook really appeals to me. We have a small vegetable garden in the summer, and I like to incorporate those fresh foods in my menu rotation.

I would like to have The South Beach Diet: Good Fats Good Carbs Guide – The Complete and Easy Reference for All Your Favorite Foods. This seems like a handy guide to have if I were to follow the diet – even to just keep in my phone or purse, just in case. I especially like the suggestions in the back for dining out.
I would say the Soutbeach parties and holiday diet because that is when I cook the most and the most temptations come out!!
