I would most like to get the book, “The South Beach Diet Parties and Holidays Cookbook: Healthy Recipes for Entertaining Family and Friends” because I’m most tempted to overeat during the holidays and family visits. I am find it hard to make healthy food during the holidays too, so I really think this book would help me!
