Ukies Booties for Take your Parent to Work Day
Recently, my daughter invited my father and I to “Take your Parents to Work Day” at her office. She is an art director and everyone in the office dresses quite spiffy. I knew I had to up my usual “blog-on-the-couch” attire, so I grabbed these luxurious Ukies Booties and built an outfit around them.
We walked the entire three floors of a huge office complex as we toured the headquarters of my daughter’s work. We climbed up and down flights of stairs as well. Even though these Ukies Booties – Monica have 3 inch heels, I never felt any discomfort in my toes and my arches never ached. This is a frequent issue that I experience with other higher shoes I own but not with Ukies.

I really like the Andrea shoes in Pewter. I recently went to a concert and my shoes got DESTROYED so I need some new ones. This Pewter is a great choice because it’s something bold I probably wouldn’t normally get on my own.

I like the Monica in Nappa Black. Living in Texas I don’t need a boot to be lined or fuzzy since it doesn’t snow here. I like the heel height as well. This boot combines what I want and need in a boot!
Staying home
I love the Paloma burgundy croc nappa shoes. With the black they are versatile with many outfits and the burgundy gives it extra tyle. The texture of the croc makes it that much nicer. I like the combination of color & texture!!
The Alberta Leopard print calf hair is so unique! I have never really gone for animal prints but these are like art.
