Ukies Booties for Take your Parent to Work Day
Recently, my daughter invited my father and I to “Take your Parents to Work Day” at her office. She is an art director and everyone in the office dresses quite spiffy. I knew I had to up my usual “blog-on-the-couch” attire, so I grabbed these luxurious Ukies Booties and built an outfit around them.
We walked the entire three floors of a huge office complex as we toured the headquarters of my daughter’s work. We climbed up and down flights of stairs as well. Even though these Ukies Booties – Monica have 3 inch heels, I never felt any discomfort in my toes and my arches never ached. This is a frequent issue that I experience with other higher shoes I own but not with Ukies.

The Andrea black patent or the leopard are soooo awesome and fashion forward but yet soooo comfortable . I dig these shoes, you can have style and fashion . That’s hard to do . I really like the Monica in Black Nappa. I like them because they are sleek and smooth looking and versatile to go with just about everything from a dress to jeans.
I love the Leona in black – loafers are my faves, with just that tiny lift from the heel because they are classics and always in style. Lovely Nappa leather means they will last for the long haul!

I really like the Marine heel in the taupe nappa color because it will go with many outfits.
I like the Amanda Black. They look comfortable and causal dressy. I like the idea of the layers especially the gel comfort and moisture wicking.

I would love the ” Lara ” because it is my style – a classic ballet flat with chic bow detail. What is different about this ballet style shoe is the little half-inch stacked heel and the comfort of the cushioned soles.
I like the Monica in Black Nappa. It will be the perfect boot for fall and winter. I like that I can wear it with jeans, dress slacks or a skirt.
I would choose the Alberta black Nappa for my daughter to wear to work where she is on her feet for most of her 10 to 12 hour shift. They look so comfortable and stylish.
I love the Amanda shoe. This would be a wonderful win and a relief for my feet. I stand for hours at a time at work copying old documents and I am always running to make deposits on the cobble stone streets. I love that these don’t let your feet slide forward. And since we have to maintain that business casual look these are perfect. For the type of work that I perform there is no getting around standing and moving; so a shoe that distributes weight and absorbs shock would help my feet last even when I am tired. This is one of the best giveaways I have seen in a while!
