Ukies Booties for Take your Parent to Work Day
Recently, my daughter invited my father and I to “Take your Parents to Work Day” at her office. She is an art director and everyone in the office dresses quite spiffy. I knew I had to up my usual “blog-on-the-couch” attire, so I grabbed these luxurious Ukies Booties and built an outfit around them.
We walked the entire three floors of a huge office complex as we toured the headquarters of my daughter’s work. We climbed up and down flights of stairs as well. Even though these Ukies Booties – Monica have 3 inch heels, I never felt any discomfort in my toes and my arches never ached. This is a frequent issue that I experience with other higher shoes I own but not with Ukies.

I like the Leona Pewter, the Paloma Eggshell Suede and the Monica in both colors. The styles and colors are perfect to dress up or down. I can see each paired with dresses, slacks and jeans easily.

I like the Maureen in grey because I can dress them up or down.
I honestly can’t decide between the Andrea in Burgundy Patent which I love the color and it’s my style, similar to Dr Martens which are among my favorites. However the Maureen in Grey Suede is unlike anything I own and I adore the wedge styling and laces.
I like the Monica boots in Black Napa
I love the Monica Ukies boot in both black and brown because they can be both dressed up and dressed down and they are SO CUTE! I also really like that the Monica boot comes in neutral colors, so they can be paired with pretty much anything.
The Paloma in burgundy croc rocks my world!
