For me this video is a probably to intense, but anyone is a little more active will definitely enjoy Marlen’s expertise and intensity!

I loved this.  So many exercise videos do not compensate for the fact that some women have large chests!  The hour glass video is just right for me!

    I would like to try the Ballet Body by Leah Sarago because I studied ballet for a long time and it would be nice to get a great workout while doing something I enjoy.

    Dance and Be Fit ABS Burn would be great to go along with my gym routines. I joined Planet Fitness last month because I hit a weight loss plateau and it helped. So far since Dec 12, 2013 I’m down 29.2 pounds. Yipee!

    I would really like to try the Exhale: Core Fusion 30 Day Sculpt because it looks like a great 30 day program to try and really sculpt my body in time for summer!
