I loved this. So many exercise videos do not compensate for the fact that some women have large chests! The hour glass video is just right for me!

I would want to try the Arthritis RX DVD, because I have chronic pain and can’t do intense exercise.
I would get the Arthritis Rx video. It is hard to find DVD’s that are modified for those of us with arthritis.

I would love to incorporate Power To The Peaceful Yoga in to my fitness routine because I feel that I would enjoy the music of Michael Franti while practicing yoga. This music seems to blend perfectly with the relaxing state of yoga.
