I loved this. So many exercise videos do not compensate for the fact that some women have large chests! The hour glass video is just right for me!

Hemalayaa Bollywood Boogie Workout
I like the yoga neck and back. I have neck pain.

I’d like to try Lean & Toned. Before I had kids, I lost 60 pounds doing Pilates and LOVED it. My body felt great and was super toned. Then I had kids and my body forgot what toned even meant. This DVD would be a great way to get back into shape.
I am also interested in Ultimate Kettlebell Workouts for Beginners. I haven’t tried kettle bells yet but they look fun.
