Fashion for Your Skin!

The Chief Blonde was sent several great hats to review from Wallaroo, here she is wearing the Wallaroo Nina ($52). She is also wearing Nine West Golan Espedrilles (old, similar), Endless Rose Varsity Sweater (sold out, ), and Memory Necklace. Lipstick: Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie Lipstick in “Call the Shots” ($18).
My entire life I have had to wear hats. I have very fair skin and a hat is not an option, it’s a must. My first job was working at a U-pick Strawberry farm and all day was spent in the sun directing pickers in the strawberry fields. We were relegated to wearing the farm’s baseball hats, so the U-pickers could easily spot us in the field. Let me tell you, for my fair skin, the small brim of a ball cap was NOT adequate.
When I choose hats these days, I most often gravitate to one with a wide brim like this Wallaroo Nina. The 4 1/2″ brim protects both my face and neck from the sun and I certainly look and feel fashionably wearing it. What I love is that there is an internal drawstring that I can adjust ensure the hat fits. This hat is made from Raffia which I always find to be the coolest material for hats, plus it has this fabulous crochet weave that makes very unique from any other wide brim hat I own.
I appreciate year round sun protection that looks as good from the front as it does from the back.

These are great. Love the styles. As a redhead sun protection is a must. Thank you for the opportunity
I like the Morgan hat because I think it’s very simple and classic
I like the aqua visor because I prefer visors to full hats.
I like the Catalina Cowboy hat – it’s really cool and I’ve always wanted a cowboy hat.
I like the Sydney hat because it comes in an array of different colors and it is not to large.
I like the Sierra hat for my daughter. She is a country girl.
I like the Catalina in NATURAL. I just like it. It’s not fancy or plain.
I love this Georgia Hat. wallaroohats.com/products/georgia A little sassy!
I want the Julia hat because it reminds me of the sea
i like the aqua hat, lots of shade
My teenage daughter would love the turquoise aqua hat and the turquoise scrunchie hat, probably even the gigi. she loves hats and has very fair skin so she’s always looking for something to keep the sun off of her when we are at the beach!!
My favorite is the Women’s Wallaroo Tahiti!!! So cute & stylish, I think I’d really love to wear it!!! 🙂
I like the Julia hat and the Ellie hat but the Celeste hat looks great too. Ooohh I can’t decide. I do like the ones that fold up so you can stash it in a suit case.
i really love the victoria diva. it is so classic!
I would choose the Catalina Cowboy. Why? Might have something to do with living in Green Country, Oklahoma? Cowboy is kinda our thing. 🙂
I would also choose Gigi. Why? I think it looks sassy!
I like the Julia hat.
I would try the Capetown in Stone/Grey because its brim is more than four inches and it folds flat for travel without damaging the hat
My choice would be the Aqua Hat because it packs flat, it has a wide brim and it is offered in blue
ellie or breton hats
because i think those are super cute and would be great and stylish at the lake
I like the sierra because of the accents on it. It is stylish but not too showy
