Giraffes and Flower Power
After church, Walt and I usually stop and get some groceries at our local Kroger store. I am usually dressed up so outfit pictures naturally follow.

What makes this skirt so cute? Laser-cut posies bring cool dimension to this mid-length JOA skirt ($58). Hidden back zip. Lined. The prices is really fantastic to0 for this dressy of a skirt!
It’s all about the details
I adore the details of this outfit: the felt trim of the sleeve and the felt giraffe on the breast of the cardigan, the peacock necklace (so cheap from ebay) and the satin ladylike MaryJane’s! It’s easy for you to recreate the look.

I love that addition of texture to the outfit which the skirt provides. So long as I have youngsters in the house, I avoid anything they might damage. But, I’d love something like that for special occasions.
WIth me, it’s not the youngsters who I worry about. It’s ME! I never ever have white pants, tops or skirts for more than two wears before I spill on them. Shelley
