    I want the book Fermented Vegetables: Creative Recipes for Fermenting 64 Vegetables & Herbs in Krauts, Kimchis, Brined Pickles, Chutneys, Relishes & Pastes because I have only fermented cabbage before and did not realize how many different vegetables would work.
