The book Mini Farming Guide to Fermenting: Self-Sufficiency from Beer and Cheese to Wine and Vinegar also looks pretty interesting. I also really like the glass fermenting jar weights. Practical but still pretty and easy to clean.

The Pickle Pebbles are amazing! We just ordered a set and haven’t used them yet but they look so much better than my previous weights that are ceramic. I’m so excited to try them.

Honestly, I would need to start with the cookbook because I’m so interested in fermenting but know so little about it. Fermented foods are so good for our guts and I think it would be an awesome addition to my diet.
