I would want the Fermentation for Beginners: The Step-By-Step Guide to Fermentation and Probiotic Foods. It looks like a beginning like me. I have no idea.

I would like to have “Go Ferment! Wide Mouth Mason Jar Mold Free Anaerobic Fermenting Kit w/ Recipe E-book (2 Pack, Blue).” Some of the reasons why I like this product are that it is a whole KIT that includes several (FDA-approved and BPA-free!) materials, including an e-book; it is intended for beginners; it’s made by a small company; and it’s perfect for fermenting in small batches. 🙂

I would like the book fermenting for beginners, I have never fermented before and I think this would be a great book. I love kimchi and other veggies fermented but they can be so expensive so it would be great to do it myself.
