Summer is the time to really enjoy eating and flavors. You can eat outside, enjoy fruits and vegetables and lighter food choices like soups. Consider Boulder Organics when reaching for your soup choices this summer!  Why?

I’m a fan of minestrone soup, so naturally I’d love to try the Garden Minestrone Soup. I didn’t know that I could get 50% of my daily Vitamin A and it’s only 90 calories in this minestrone soup! 🙂 Great news, for someone who is watching their calorie intake.

I would like to try the red lentil Dahl soup, I like that it has 7 grams of fiber and I am really into curry flavors.

Some of these look so good – and we are always looking for fast, easy, delicious around here. I’d like to try the Minestrone because it is one of my all time fave soups, and I don’t always have the time to make my own or feel like going out to eat. The potato leek also sounds delicious, then again, they all do.

A lot of these soups sound so Delicious! There is one that stands out to me that I would really like to try> The Roasted Tomato Basil Soup! I love tomato soup! It has always been my Favorite. T o me the Roasted Tomato Soup would have a lot of Robust to it. I imagine a richer tomato taste. This would be much to my liking!! 🙂

Green chili corn chowder sounds delicious. I’m a big fan of green chili, being from NM; so now living far away that would be a nice treat.
