I am now inspired to get a new cookbook. I keep making the same old things, and I need some variety!
I keep hearing about this diet, or rather lifestyle. I haven’t tried it but after reading this I’m going to look into it. Try one of the cookbooks. My husband and I want to eat healthier as we get older. We can’t get away with the things we used to do.
I know food is 80% of the reason I put on weight because I work out a lot. I just wish I could buckle down to a diet and use this book

I love cookbooks but will admit to hating the word “diet.” I’d prefer “healthy,” as the moment I tell myself I’m on a diet, all I do is think about food. Psychological games with myself, I know. However, the title alone wouldn’t prevent me from going through it!

A few years ago when I was trying to lose weight I tried this. Worked well for me. Now I’m trying to gain weight.
I’ve heard of the South Beach diet, but I’ve never tried it before. I think I’ll check out the parties and holidays cookbook, looks interesting. Could be useful, the holidays will be here before we know it.

I tried South Beach before and it does work, I had a hard time eating the foods I needed to eat because I only eat breakfast and supper
I have had the south beach granola type bars before and they were delicious. You could not even tell that they were good for you. I like it when a food is great tasting and healthy.
