Here’s all the Thakoon for Designation Fall 2015
My two favorite pieces from the Thakoon for DesigNation collection: Left–ombré shirt dress. Right– print plaid floral dress ($84).
Thakoon for DesigNation Kohl’s arrives Sept. 10!
I had the opportunity to see the press kit for the new Thakoon for Designation line at Kohl’s. I can’t be more excited. While a few other bloggers have not been inspired by the line. I adore it. It’s very London/NYC with a nod toward the 90s (the opaque tights and chunky black shoe). The two dresses above are my favorite but I am living in fear that the second one didn’t make the cut as it’s not showing on the Kohl’s preview .
Be inspired by the Dresses:
Fall in love with sweaters again (or as the Brits say “Jumpers)
I might start wearing t-shirts, if they are all this cute:
and how about these Jackets…swoon!
I am loving these accessories:
But not quite sure I care for these shoulder capes, but the scarf is cool:
I am going to need at least one of these shirts:
The Chief Blonde Remarks: Will the new Thakoon line work for women over 45? I feel women over 45 can easily wear any piece above. Sizing is xxs-xl in most pieces. I am glad this line comes out on the day after my birthday (please send gift cards LOL).
Here’s what Kohl’s has to say about the line:
“We are excited to bring Thakoon to our customers this fall to enhance our women’s apparel offerings with innovative designs, great quality and great value,” said Nancy Feldman, Kohl’s executive vice president of women’s apparel. “DesigNation is built to inspire our customers with designs shaped by some of the world’s most popular destinations, and Thakoon Panichgul is the perfect person to bring London to life as he is known for showcasing distinct, global influences through his collections.”
The Thakoon for DesigNation collection brings Panichgul’s take on a favorite destination, London, where he recently celebrated his brand’s tenth anniversary. He translated his affinity for the city’s character, culture and history to unique prints and patterns for shirts, sweaters, knit tops, dresses and bottoms, all under $200.
Where to get Thakoon?
Watch for the collection at Kohl’s and Sept. 10th!

I like CARNABY STREET shirt dress because it is cute.
I like the looks of the Floral Crewneck Tunic Sweater. It looks comfortable and I like the design on it.
Primrose Hill
Floral Ruffled Drop-Waist Dress, $68, XXS-XL Is my favorite because of it’s easy fit, and pattern that disguises flaws. It looks elegant yet casual enough for a night out on the town. It would go everywhere here in Kirkwood, MO and be oh so flattering to my figure.
I like the Portobello Road look from Thakoon because it’s just my style.
I like the piccadilly circus iconic graphic crewneck sweater because winter is coming up and I’m not much in to floral stuff but the design on this sweater is nice.
thanks!
I love the Cable-Knit Flyaway Cardigan! It’s perfect to throw on when it’s a little chilly outside but not cool enough for a coat!
The Covent Garden isn’t so bad. They all look like things my daughter might wear.
I love the Regent’s Park Floral Knot-Front Top.I love the colors for fall and it is just so cute!
What a classic cool line… LOVE me some Khol’s! One of my fav looks is the ST. James Park Sweater & Leggings! I love that it looks very pretty, but comfy at the same time & is timeless!
I really like the Carnaby Street Dot Shift Dress. I think it’s a perfect Fall dress, paired with leggings or tights!
I like the Plaid Hooded High-Low Coat because it comes with a hood and it is cute.
I like the Knightsbridge Dot Ruffled-Hem Top because I like the style.
I like the Seamed Ponte Leggings because they are simple and would go with everything.
I like the I’m handsome like daddy striped cardigan set
I like the cardigan set for my new grandson
I like the Floral Crewneck Tunic Sweater! It looks really comfortable, and I like the color.
CARNABY STREET
I have to be honest – I do not like anything in this collection. It’s too dark for me. All of the dresses are above the knee which I just don’t wear and the other pieces are too modern for my taste. That is the beauty of fashion – there is something for everyone.
My favorite item is the MARYLEBONE Iconic Print Peasant Top. It looks very feminine and would probably be easy to pair with a variety of my clothes.
I love the WESTMINSTER Iconic Print Peasant Top. It’s a great pattern and the shape looks flattering and versatile.
I like the Bloomsbury floral tunic. I like the length, and the black and red color combination. I’ll have to check out this line next time I go to Kohls.
