Thakoon for DesigNation Kohl’s arrives Sept. 10!
I had the opportunity to see the press kit for the new Thakoon for Designation line at Kohl’s. I can’t be more excited. While a few other bloggers have not been inspired by the line. I adore it. It’s very London/NYC with a nod toward the 90s (the opaque tights and chunky black shoe). The two dresses above are my favorite but I am living in fear that the second one didn’t make the cut as it’s not showing on the Kohl’s preview .

The Chief Blonde Remarks: Will the new Thakoon line work for women over 45? I feel women over 45 can easily wear any piece above. Sizing is xxs-xl in most pieces. I am glad this line comes out on the day after my birthday (please send gift cards LOL).

The Thakoon for DesigNation collection brings Panichgul’s take on a favorite destination, London, where he recently celebrated his brand’s tenth anniversary. He translated his affinity for the city’s character, culture and history to unique prints and patterns for shirts, sweaters, knit tops, dresses and bottoms, all under $200.

COVENT GARDEN, its so cute, it looks like a jacket covering the dress but its actually a scarf
I love the cable knit flyaway cardigan because it can go with almost anything. Plus, it is cold in the office so a sweater is a must for layering.

I love the Portobello Road Plaid Hooded High-Low Coat, it would look great with my skinny jeans and Ugg boots.
I love Kohls! I always find great clothes there. My favorite piece from this line would have to be the set listed as Piccadilly Circus. It looks so casual but still cute. Specifically from that outfit set I love the Iconic Graphic Crewneck Sweater. Fall is sweater weather!
I really really like the Sloane Square Plain Flannel Vest. The length is really nice an I’m kind of into black and white right now.
I like the print plaid floral dress. Certainly a lot of nice looks ….made it hard to choose.
I think my wife would love to have the CHELSEA. It looks like something she would wear and the colors are good on her.
I like Bond Street. It is classic and chic.
I’m a huge fan of sweaters so I really like the Leicester Square Mock-Layer Cable-Knit Sweater. It would go well with most of the things I already have and that’s a big plus.
COVENT GARDEN piece its just pretty!
I like the “Portobello Road” high low plaid coat. I need a warm coat and this one is very stylish and is paired w/ black leggings in the photo which is what I would do. I need something easy to style.
I love the cable knit fly away cardigan, looks so comfortable and stylish.
I have loved every designer collection that Kohls has done so far and this one is awesome too! There are soooo many good looks to choose from but my favorite is the Chelsea cable knit fit and flare dress. Love the color and fit and flare is my favorite style of dress.
