Here’s all the Thakoon for Designation Fall 2015
My two favorite pieces from the Thakoon for DesigNation collection: Left–ombré shirt dress. Right– print plaid floral dress ($84).
Thakoon for DesigNation Kohl’s arrives Sept. 10!
I had the opportunity to see the press kit for the new Thakoon for Designation line at Kohl’s. I can’t be more excited. While a few other bloggers have not been inspired by the line. I adore it. It’s very London/NYC with a nod toward the 90s (the opaque tights and chunky black shoe). The two dresses above are my favorite but I am living in fear that the second one didn’t make the cut as it’s not showing on the Kohl’s preview .
Be inspired by the Dresses:
Fall in love with sweaters again (or as the Brits say “Jumpers)
I might start wearing t-shirts, if they are all this cute:
and how about these Jackets…swoon!
I am loving these accessories:
But not quite sure I care for these shoulder capes, but the scarf is cool:
I am going to need at least one of these shirts:
The Chief Blonde Remarks: Will the new Thakoon line work for women over 45? I feel women over 45 can easily wear any piece above. Sizing is xxs-xl in most pieces. I am glad this line comes out on the day after my birthday (please send gift cards LOL).
Here’s what Kohl’s has to say about the line:
“We are excited to bring Thakoon to our customers this fall to enhance our women’s apparel offerings with innovative designs, great quality and great value,” said Nancy Feldman, Kohl’s executive vice president of women’s apparel. “DesigNation is built to inspire our customers with designs shaped by some of the world’s most popular destinations, and Thakoon Panichgul is the perfect person to bring London to life as he is known for showcasing distinct, global influences through his collections.”
The Thakoon for DesigNation collection brings Panichgul’s take on a favorite destination, London, where he recently celebrated his brand’s tenth anniversary. He translated his affinity for the city’s character, culture and history to unique prints and patterns for shirts, sweaters, knit tops, dresses and bottoms, all under $200.
Where to get Thakoon?
Watch for the collection at Kohl’s and Sept. 10th!

I am loving the Sloane Square, I love the style, more laid back like me and the pattern is really cute 😉
I like the Regents Park top! And I agree, these are definitely a nod to the 90s but also somehow modern.
I love the design and the print of the Primrose Hill dress t looks very comfy
I like the REGENT’S PARK Floral Knot-Front Top
I love the Sloane Square Cable-Knit Fit & Flare Dress. I think it would be an outfit that would easily be worn to both work and out for a night on the town.
I love the BLOOMSBURY so pretty with the Seamed Ponte Leggings!
I love the Bloomsbury Sweater. I like its longer length and think it looks great with the leggings in the picture. I’m also a fan of roses and the print is bold without being obnoxious.
Primrose Hill is the neatest design he has out for sure.
I like the Bloomsbury look. It’s simple and dressy casual at the same time. I like the longer sweater and tunic look, especially for my daughter.
My favorite is the Portobello Road because I love the Plaid Hooded High-Low Coat which can go with many different outfits and it’s very fashionable looking!
I like the Covent Garden Floral Fit & Flare Dress; I like the pattern or print and the style of the dress, not clinging and is feminine.
i love the Marylebone hooded scarf because it’s unusual and cute.
REGENT’S PARK PRINT TOP IS MY FAVORITE, I LOVE THE COLORS.
Floral Fit & Flare Dress, is my fav piece!
I like the Knightsbridge dot ruffled-hem top because it has the type of silhouette that flatters my shape.
I like the floral Primrose Hill dress. I really like short sleeve dresses that are cool enough for summer, but can be worn during cold months with a solid cardigan or wrap. for summer thsis would be nice enough to pair with strappy sandals and in winter leggings or tights and boots or pumps. That doubles the use for those of us in the frigid cold.
I need so many of these gorgeous pieces, especially Sloane Square vest!
I love everything! It’s all so cute 🙂 One of my favorites is the BLOOMSBURY! I love the big sweater / leggings look and I love the floral print on the sweater 🙂
I love the St. James Park Mock-Layer Crewneck Sweater and the black Seamed Ponte Leggings. I love the layering and print in the sweater, and just wish I still had the body to pull off this outfit!
Their clothing is interesting. I’m not entirely sure i’m a huge fan of the clothing. But, if I had to pick something, I did like the PORTOBELLO ROAD jacket. It seemed like it would be comfortable and able to pair with different clothing.
