SHOLDIT Clutch Wrap Reveiw Purse Alternative Women over 45

July 24, 2012 By Shelley Zurek 57 Comments

SHOLDIT–The Hands free Solution for Travel or Everyday

Sholdit Still Blonde after all these YEARS 2

The Chief Blonde is wearing the SHOLDIT in Sandstorm ($79.00).

I will be going to Blogher12 shortly, it’s the LARGEST BLOGGING CONFERENCE in the world!  There is a lot of “Stuff” I need to take with me,  on a daily basis as I attend classes, breakfasts/luncheons/dinners, meet and greets, etc. including laptop, chargers, iPad, phone, camera, flip video, room key, paper pen, business Cards, umbrella, alternate shoes, sunglasses, reading glasses, cosmetics, reading light, etc.  EEEEKKK!

Blogher Stash

#YesIAmAnOverpacker!

But for fancier occasions or when my hotel room is near,  all I really need is my flip video, camera, phone lipstick, room key, charge card, cash, business cards and small note pad and pen.  I don’t really want to have my hands all tied up carrying a purse or risk setting down an expensive evening bag when I am on the dance floor!  Women over 45–you know what I mean–What’s a Blonde to do?

Sholdit

Just the Essentials

I plan on incorporating the SHOLDIT when I need just the essentials.   It solves so many problems and frustrations including: making one limited to carrying only the necessities, giving hands free movement with out the strain, keeping valuables secure, and it’s a fashion piece! Wear it like a  sash, head scarf or a traditional scarf.  I loved the idea that I dreamed up–Wear the SHOLDIT as a Shrug!  Plus it converts back into a clutch when desired.

I love it! A purse is sometimes a pain to have on occasions I need to use a walker, and I do not like body bags. I am not sure about using it in scarf mode with possessions unless it is just folding money and one lipstick, but it is another reasonable option.

Oh I love the idea and wonder why I never thought of it as I tend to use a sarong to carry my Minpin (service dog) at events where she might be stepped on.

That’s the coolest thing ever. Perfect for a conference or event. I’m not going to Blogher but I’m going to a few others and I want to carry my phone, business cards and of course some lip gloss with me but don’t want to carry my purse either. Thanks for the awesome review.

What an inventive idea! I have resorted to having my husband carry my money and license in his wallet whenever we go out. The problem is I always forget to get it back!

Is it awkward to wear as a shrug or scarf when you’re carrying things in it?
