still blondeThe Chief Blonde Remarks:

My dad has a whole room in his house for photos. Seriously…

new-features-amazon-prime-photos

He has photos from our family, his ancestors and my mom’s ancestors…it quickly multiplies.  I myself have 20+ years of photos, some in albums, some not.  I really want to be able to pull them up when I want them. Organizing them digitally is the answer for sure, I just need a great solution. When Plustek contacted me to review their scanner, I jumped at the chance.

Priced at $199, the Plustek ePhoto Z300 makes an excellent gift for adults, seniors and families who want to revive their memories and share them via email or on social media with the touch of a button.

The Plustek ePhoto Z300 features:

  • • fast, cutting-edge scanning technology, coupled with an intuitive user interface
  • • professional scan results that can be easily touched-up with the included software
  • • easy, one-touch saving and sharing to social media
  • • convenient scanning of other materials, from credit cards to recipes and documents
  • • a sleek, modern design that makes it as much an appliance as a décor piece

Plustek has been making scanners for professional photographers and offices for 30 years, and after hearing all of the positive stories of how our film scanners brought both memories and historical moments back to life, our team decided to develop a machine that could do the same for families.

I appreciate the cutting edge scanning tech, because I scan a lot of things each month. For school, activities, photos etc. And its not a flat bed scanner 🙂 Yay!! I also like the sleek design so I have more desk space

I would love this! I have been working to digitize all of our old family photos for the past year and it is sooooo time consuming! I have completed my great grandmothers photos, my grandmothers photos, and I’m currently in the middle of my mother-in-laws photos.
I still have maybe 2,000 of hers left. Then I will begin working on my parents photos and my husbands old photos and my old photos. Whew! That makes me exhausted just thinking about how many photos that is!

I love this printer, because I am constantly taking pictures of the grandbabies and this would give me a way to get them printed easily , instead of procrastinating and SAYING I am going to print, and then not getting around to it. I miss the days of putting pictures in an album. The fact that is is small, would work perfectly in my home!!

I like the resolution and the size. I’m currently using and old printer that has a scanner in it and it’s far too big!

Like I can touch up pictures up. And like the review—- It quickly scans photos without damaging or wrinkling them, auto corrects things like skew, allows you to easily edit them in the software, and then share them with one click to social media.
