On the Record with Mick Rock
coming to Ovation TV 8/2 at 8PM ET
Mick Rock premieres with an original spin on the musician profile series
Oh! We are all in for musical treat! Mick Rock is as famous for capturing iconic images of ’70s rock stars as he is today, photographing the up-and-coming of the music industry. He now takes his insights to a new level, hosting a MUST SEE series that takes a new twist on musician interviews. Premiering 8/2 at 8:00PM ET on Ovation TV, I will be glued to my set for his can’t-miss interview with Josh Groban. Special Bonus: We get to hear Josh sing as well!
The premise of the series, On the Record with Mick Rock, is Mick traveling with the musician back to where it all began…their hometown. During the premiere episode, native Angeleno and multi-platinum recording artist Josh Groban takes Mick on an inspiring tour of Los Angeles, relating stories about a high school teacher who mentored him in his success, giving us a glimpse of the after-school Shakespeare program he personally supports and treating Mick (and all of us as well SQUEEEE!) to a moving performance of his song, Hidden Away. Premieres 8/2 8:00pm EST!

Being that I grew up in NJ, I have to go with Bruce Springsteen. Love his music, though I never seen him in concert.
The best concert I ever saw was Queensryche in 1998.
I think the greatest Beatle was Paul McCartney it seems like he had the best career after the band broke up.
Best performance I ever saw was Tower of Power.
Best musician today is Thomas Dutronc.
The greatest concert I experienced was Yes.
The greatest Beatle was George Harrison.
I’ve never been to a concert before that I remember. Hopefully some day!
The best performance was probably Taylor Swift because her sets are awesome.
It’s hard to pick one musician today as the greatest, but I do love Taylor Swift for her kindness.
The greatest concert I experience was probably Tom Petty though I’ve been to lots of other good ones. He just puts on a great performance.
The best concert I remember going to was ZZ Top in Birmingham, Al. I had never seen them & was so surprised to learn there were only 3 of them in the little band from Texas. They were Awesome!!
George is my favorite Beatle because I think the songs he wrote were really heartfelt.
1) Paul McCartney for his song-writing skills and longevity
2) Katy Perry because her concert was a sensory experience on all levels
3) Jake Bugg because he is uber talented and I have a thing for British boys!
I’ve only been to two concerts, unless you count the folk ones in small venues like churches. The Cars and Meatloaf. Meatloaf was a fantastic show.
I think Paul is the greatest Beatle because he’s always coming up with new ideas.
what was the best performance (of any kind) that you ever saw? I will have to go with the Backstreet Boys again they are great singers/ performers.
Best Musician today is Bruno Mars .
Greatest concert I ever went to was the Backstreet Boys.
The best Beatle is John Lennon .
