On the Record with Mick Rock
coming to Ovation TV 8/2 at 8PM ET
Mick Rock premieres with an original spin on the musician profile series
Oh! We are all in for musical treat! Mick Rock is as famous for capturing iconic images of ’70s rock stars as he is today, photographing the up-and-coming of the music industry. He now takes his insights to a new level, hosting a MUST SEE series that takes a new twist on musician interviews. Premiering 8/2 at 8:00PM ET on Ovation TV, I will be glued to my set for his can’t-miss interview with Josh Groban. Special Bonus: We get to hear Josh sing as well!
The premise of the series, On the Record with Mick Rock, is Mick traveling with the musician back to where it all began…their hometown. During the premiere episode, native Angeleno and multi-platinum recording artist Josh Groban takes Mick on an inspiring tour of Los Angeles, relating stories about a high school teacher who mentored him in his success, giving us a glimpse of the after-school Shakespeare program he personally supports and treating Mick (and all of us as well SQUEEEE!) to a moving performance of his song, Hidden Away. Premieres 8/2 8:00pm EST!

In my opinion, the greatest concert I ever experienced was Tom Petty at SPAC with my son. There were young children right on up to great grand parents all enjoying his music.
the greatest Beatle is Paul for his long term success
My favorite concert was The Kentucky headhunters. The put on a rocking show.
I think John was the best Beatle. His lyrics were amazing.
The best performance I ever saw was Queens. I am a huge fan of Freddy Mercury and love the theatrical components of Queens.
The greatest concert I experienced was Ray Charles because he was an amazing musician.
The best performance I’ve ever seen was a symphony orchestra. It literally blew me away. I never thought I would like that kind of music, but I did!
The best musician today is Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine – her vocals are out of this world!
The best concert I ever experienced was the Red Hot Chili Peppers back in the 90’s. It was excellent the whole way through!
The best of the Beatles is Paul – He rocked from the moment he hit the stage on the Ed Sullivan Show until now at Lollapalooza yesterday in Chicago (my friend was there and sent me a clip of him playing!)
I saw Chicago in concert in the 1970’s-they were exceptionally great!
My favorite beatle is Paul McCartney because of Wings. I grew up a little later and loved that band. Saw him in concert and he was great. Loved “Live and Let Die”
I think the greatest concert I ever saw was the face to face tour with Billy Joel and Elton John. Why? Two awesome piano players together!
I think the greatest Beatle is Paul McCartney. The greatest concert I ever experienced was Journey. I do not have any preference for best musician today, I think most musicians today are good. The best performance I ever saw was Jennifer Lopez’ gown with changing colors. It was in an episode of American Idol.
I think the best concert I ever went to was my first live pop/rock concert and the band was Chicago back in the late 60s.
My greatest concert was one of the final R.E.M. concerts. Excellent and memorable.
The best concert I have experienced is that of Michael Jackson. It wasnt his first concert here in my country but I was so thrilled when my Mom let me go. It was epic and I remember that friends and everyone in school were talking about it for weeks.
One of the best performances was Dolly Parton at Glastonbury last year. She sounded amazing.
The best musician will be a group like the Rolling Stones. Over 50 years and their sound has not diminished.
The best concert was Elton John. He sounded just like his cds and performed for over 2 hours.
