When I saw the Janska Book Lovers Gift Box, I immediately knew I would give it to my blogging friend Kristin who writes the blog Keenly Kristin. Not only is she is my blogging BFF but she helped me with editing (blondes make a lot of mistakes), gave me support through my mother’s death, and facebook chats with me whenever I get annoyed. Get this…I have never met her but I consider her one of my dearest friends. Kristin is an excellent writer but my favorite feature she writes is Fridays with Frank, a series about her German Shepard puppy. (Check Frankie out, she’s seriously cute).

Anyway, Kristin walks her beloved puppy all the time and it gets a bit cold (duh!) in Philly where she lives. I would love to gift the pocket cape with button to my daughter. We worked out what she wanted, and I was to create the pattern and make one very similar to that for her years ago. It never did get done. I’m sure she doesn’t think about it as much as I do, but every time I see something similar, I feel a little sad.
I like the Weekend Cape gift set for my mom! It looks like something she would enjoy and the colors are nice and bright!

I would choose the Week End Cape box for my BFF and myself. This would be perfect for my oldest daughter as she studies on the weekends and takes her two puppies out often during the day. She would have this over her legs while she studies and put it on when she takes her puppies out or runs to the store, etc. thanks so much.
