I really like the home maintenance expense feature!
The home inventory list being stored online is a prudent thing to do and have. If something were to happen to my home there is no way I could sit down and create a list of my homes inventory and not leave many many things out.
I like that it has the home finances option! It manages home budgets which my family needs!
The entire process is what I like. You don’t feel so overwhelmed with it, they make is so much easier for you.

The feature that appeals to me is the automated home maintenance schedule alerts.
I like that its more than just an inventory of what you have but has reminders to help you keep up with maintenance. HomeZada provides you reminders as news feed for any upcoming or overdue To Dos, as well as any upcoming warranties about to expire.
