I like that it provides a free mobile app to take pictures of your home inventory. That seems much easier than having to write everything down and describe it.
I like the Home Inventory feature.
Living in San Diego, we are always waiting for the next big firestorm to hit. The Home Inventory feature is something that looks interesting.
The home improvements appeals to me the most. I suppose because right now, I’m currently working on some home improvements.

I really like the maintenance schedule calendar feature. It is so important to do basic maintenance that can prevent a future disaster. I experienced a hot water heater flooding my basement because I was not checking for rust regularly. What a nightmare!
