WHAT? You don’t have a Home Inventory?

This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me by HomeZada. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic

Online Home Inventory HomeZada

Do you have an Home Inventory? Is it Online and Safe?

When disaster strikes, will you have a home inventory in a safe place that you can readily access? If the worst happens to your home, can you really create an inventory of your home in your head? Let’s try a little test…list everything that is in your bedroom. Now go in there and see if there is anything you missed!  Quite a few things, right?

An Online Home Inventory is your safest bet for disaster

If all your data is stored in an offsite location and your home is destroyed, you will be able to readily access this information. HomeZada, an online home management solution allows you to take inventory of each room your home FOR FREE and store it all on the HomeZada site. It’s part of the FREE Essentials HomeZada subscription. The home inventory portion includes:

  • Reciepts

Here’s how an Online Home Inventory on HomeZada works:

I love that you can upload photos easily of your inventory. Makes it so easy for insurance claims. I’m also interested in the budget software.

The biggest thing that appeals to me about this is the home maintenance feature! We have a hard time remembering to change or clean filters out and other monthly or quarterly needs.

the Automated home maintenance schedule alert would be pretty neat to have. Beside changing Batteries in my smoke alarm I never remember all the other ones . would be a great and ‘handy’ prize!

I like the mobile apps- HomeZada provides free mobile applications to easily take pictures of your home’s inventory. You can also instantly view your To Do’s and take photos of items you are considering purchasing for your home improvement projects. I need those to do lists handy. 🙂

the Home Inventory features is my favorite – I can’t tell you how many times I’ve said to my family that we need to video tape our home from the closets to the attic for seeing what we actually have

The feature I think would be the MOST useful to me is the Home Maintenance schedule! There are always things I find that I say “oh I need to get that fixed” or “I should do a check up on this or that” and then I promptly forget about them all! This would be a great way to keep track and be reminded 🙂

I like the Automated Home Maintenance Schedules
Your car has a maintenance schedule. Your home does not. Until now. HomeZada provides over 50 common home maintenance checklists on a calendar that reminds you what and when things need to get done. I have such a busy schedule and forget so many things that this feature is def my fav!
