HomeZada — Online and Mobile Software to Organize and Manage Your Home

HomeZada

HomeZada — A solution to better manage your home!

HomeZada allowed me a premium subscription so that I could try their service and let you know about this  online solution that helps homeowners manage everything about their home in one place. You will find solutions for managing home inventory, home maintenance and home improvements projects and all the finances associated with all these items.

HomeZada features

HomeZada has many features and offers two pricing options.  The Home Essentials portion is FREE!  We love free  and the Essential version includes:

  • Home Inventory (Photos, Receipts, Warranties, Manuals)
  • Property Documents (Insurance / Mortgage Docs, Plans etc.)
  • News & Recommendations (Maintenance, Inventory, and Household Tips
  • Contacts (Directory of Property & Emergency Contacts)

You can upgrade to the premium version for $5.95/month and gain these additional functions:

  • Home Maintenance — understanding the items in your home and being able to track how to take care of those items and how to alert yourself with the built in calendar and alerts in HomeZada.
  • Home Projects — Managing décor, home remodeling and maintenance projects become difficult, late and over budget if not properly managed.  HomeZada helps manage one or multiple projects and multiple details of the project process.
  • Home Finances — Managing all the financial impact of your possessions, your home maintenance, and home projects can be difficult without the ability to document it all.  Further our homes have values, annual maintenance costs, average spend per month, insurance, value,  buying and selling and more.  Track your home finances in HomeZada.

still blondeThe Chief Blonde Remarks: I found this software to be a breeze to use, and so complete and full I felt like I was opening a never-ending Christmas package. There was just one layer after another of great content and useful tools. You can watch my video walkthrough here: http://screencast.com/t/Gi9BAeP1

Home maintenance is something I need reminders for so that part is the most appealing. Thanks for introducing me to it.

hi, several years ago we were badly flooded, so many wonderful people came to help but as you can imagine stuffed got tossed left & right. we are still dumb founded that we could not pull an inventory from our memories, so this would be a big help plus things like remembering when to change the house filter, the fridge filter, detector batteries & so many more that it’s hard to keep it all straight & organized. thanks so much for the chance to win!

I like the home inventory feature. When I was much younger, our house burned down and we lost everything, In order for insurance to pay us for what we had, my mother had to inventory everything in the house. She did this by memory. She had to write what it was, where she bought it, when she bought it, how much she paid for it and where it was in the house when it burned down. Had she used this, the process would have been much less stressful and time consuming.

I like the home inventory feature. That is something I have intended to do for years but never seem to get around to. It is essential in case of fire or theft.

The HomeZada feature that appeals to me the most is the Automated Home Maintenance Schedules. I am terrible about home maintenance and would love an easier way to remember to do things before problems arise.

The household expenses category under the Home Finances main category appeals to me because I think we need to add up all of our expenses in one place so we always know how much is going out towards essential needs.
