HomeZada, Home Management Solution

May 9, 2014 By Shelley Zurek 480 Comments

HomeZada — Online and Mobile Software to Organize and Manage Your Home

HomeZada

HomeZada — A solution to better manage your home!

HomeZada allowed me a premium subscription so that I could try their service and let you know about this  online solution that helps homeowners manage everything about their home in one place. You will find solutions for managing home inventory, home maintenance and home improvements projects and all the finances associated with all these items.

HomeZada features

homezada-dashboard

HomeZada Dashboard —manage your whole home from here.

HomeZada has many features and offers two pricing options.  The Home Essentials portion is FREE!  We love free  and the Essential version includes:

  • Home Inventory (Photos, Receipts, Warranties, Manuals)
  • Property Documents (Insurance / Mortgage Docs, Plans etc.)
  • News & Recommendations (Maintenance, Inventory, and Household Tips
  • Contacts (Directory of Property & Emergency Contacts)
  • Mobile Apps (iPhone, iPad, and Android Apps.)

You can upgrade to the premium version for $5.95/month and gain these additional functions:

  • Home Maintenance — understanding the items in your home and being able to track how to take care of those items and how to alert yourself with the built in calendar and alerts in HomeZada.
  • Home Projects — Managing décor, home remodeling and maintenance projects become difficult, late and over budget if not properly managed.  HomeZada helps manage one or multiple projects and multiple details of the project process.
  • Home Finances — Managing all the financial impact of your possessions, your home maintenance, and home projects can be difficult without the ability to document it all.  Further our homes have values, annual maintenance costs, average spend per month, insurance, value,  buying and selling and more.  Track your home finances in HomeZada.

still blondeThe Chief Blonde Remarks: I found this software to be a breeze to use, and so complete and full I felt like I was opening a never-ending Christmas package. There was just one layer after another of great content and useful tools. You can watch my video walkthrough here: http://screencast.com/t/Gi9BAeP1

I love the home improvement option. We’re thinking of redoing the kitchen & bathroom and it would be super helpful in us figuring out what its going to cost and stay within budget.

I would love to be able to budget my monthly house hold expenses like this. We are on a tight budget and having this before we bought our house would have been a lifesaver!!

I like the idea of documenting all the possessions in your home and securely storing the information online and away from your home with Home Inventory.

The home inventory is an essential for any home..I wish I had this technology prior to my house fire..no worries we’re fine, it was a decade age..but still is used to tell time..before the fire and after the fire.

I like the home inventory because I do pay for renters insurance but I am not organized on keeping track of everything, so I could use that feature and have it online and all in one place.

I really like the home inventory. I simply would not be able to remember everything we had if we had to unfortunately replace it.

What I really liked about that sight is that if you can dream it up you can plan it all out step by step before you begin. Understanding all aspects of your projects. too cool

The HomeZada feature that appeals to me the most is the Automated Home Maintenance Schedules. I am terrible about remembering those things.

I think this vest looks best belted or tied; otherwise, its shapelessness would not be flattering on most women.
