The home inventory is pretty cool esepcially when you are in disaster and cannot remember things as well.
I agree Janna, would be so useful to have the inventory done if something really bad happens. Shelley ~The Chief Blonde
The maintenance checklists would be useful for me. I don’t have a smartphone for some of the other features.
Thanks for the contest.
I like the automated home maintenance schedules feature.
I like the manage key aspects of home values, budgets and expenses.
I like the news and alerts feature.
I like that you can manage your home finances.
I like the Home Finance tracker feature.
The home inventory would apply to me the most.
I liked the Household tips, very interesting. We have to stain & weatherproof our decks sometime soon.
I like that HomeZada has automated home maintenance schedules available.
I like how it has Mobile Applications.
Home Improvements section because we need to do some and having a resource available on hand to organize, plan and budget would be useful.
I like the Automated Home Maintenance Schedules feature.
I like the home inventory feature
organization organization, I can be fanatical
I like the Home Improvement Option where you can shop, track and so on from start to finish.
I like how you can Track warranties, receipts and owner’s manuals
and Know the total value of your possession for insurance purposes. I have a ton of papers (organized) that I have to keep to be able to keep track of them. I would like it on the computer…it would be much more efficient and a lot less paper!
I so love the Inventory section – I have my “contents” insured but, really, don’t have them itemized. I don’t even know if I have enough (or too much!) insurance…
Home Inventory: Great for indurance needs. Store on a cloud?
I like the seasonal home maintenance checklists. That would keep me from forgetting to do things like clean the gutters or check the hot water tank for months on end.
