I really like the featured checklists — makes it so much easier to prevent a small problem from becoming a large one because it escaped your notice.
I like that you can keep track of your maintenance projects, and get reminders when they are due.
I love the home inventory feature. We have a lot of antiques and that would be very useful for insurance purposes.
I love the idea of the home maintenace schedule. I have heard that there are some things that need to be done annually and if you schedule a few a month it is not overwhelming and saves you from doing big repairs down the road. I just always forget what I have or haven’t done.
Checklist! Especially the home improvement checklists! I love it!
