Walt and Shelley Gear Up with Kohl’s for the MSU Win!

MSU (Michigan State University) is on fire this year. They are 8-0 and are always hammering out another win. Go Green! Walt and I planned an amazing tailgate for last weekend, when MSU played Indiana University.

But what really set the stage for the tailgate was that the week before MSU had beat University of Michigan in the last 10 seconds.

Here we are at our house, “Homegating” in our Spartan Foamheads from Kohl’s immediately after the surprise MSU win against UofM. Yes, yes, we did send many many annoying photos, snapchats and game shots to my brother who is an UofM fan. Yes, yes, I do have my foamhead on backwards…I was so excited that MSU won I got a little confused in the rush to take mocking photos! No, I wasn’t drinking!

Back to the Tailgate (MSU versus IU)

Everyone wanted to wear the foamheads for pictures and throughout the tailgate. As you can see my daughter, her boyfriend and her bff really struck a pose! Everyone kept asking, “Where did you get those cool foamheads? Where did you get those great shirts?” Everyone was super surprised when we said, “Kohls.”

Kohls for Homegating or Tailgating

What Walt really loves about Kohl’s is that they have Men’s Tall Sizes which he can find in the store or online. At 6’6″, it’s really hard for him to not pay a fortune for his clothes. Kohl’s makes shopping for my big Sparty a breeze.

Our tailgating with friends and family went great and MSU beat IU 52-26! A great day was had by all. GO GREEN! GO WHITE!
