I am new at baking bread, and so far it has not gone very well. I hope that I can improve so there are no more hockey pucks at our house! The kids are less than impressed with my efforts so far!

I have made my own homemade bread before. The reason why is because I like the taste of fresh bread out of the oven with melted butter on it.

I have and would make my own bread. It smells so good and I can use fresh, wholesome ingrediants.

Well…does banana bread count? If so, then yes, I have made bread. I am interested in this book because I would like to start making bread. It would give me inspiration to be a bread maker, I think.
My mother baked bread for a very long time. There were always packages of yeast in our fridge. I never had an interest. But my mother was a gardener and I never was until last spring. I think I am turning into my mother and that’s not a bad transformation.
I think I am longing to progress backwards, if that makes sense. Relive the past. Get down to earth.
