I tried once to make my own bread and it didn’t end well. I would love to try and make it again to see if I have improved any.

I have made my own bread, but could never make good sandwich bread, it was always too thick. So I stick to sweetbreads and the occasional Italian loaf.

I haven’t made my own bread in years, but we’re not big on bread in my family, so I’m afraid it just wouldn’t get eaten.
