Dansko Shoes Review–Spring Line and Pippa Giveaway

Dansko Shoes introduces its Spring Line:

Mirabel

Mirabel is the latest heel selection from Dansko,  the 7-time winner of the Footwear Plus Award for Design Excellence in Women’s Comfort.   Dansko’s well known all-day comfort coupled with superior arch support  is balanced against the  sculpted, cutout heel and features  graceful architecture.  Note below that the Mirabel collection has  four designs ranging from strapped to closed toe.  The uppers in the Mirabel line  feature handcrafted detailing and gorgeous soft leathers in eye-catching colors and super-popular neutrals.  Chief Blonde remarks:  I wear Dansko daily.  I have a problem with my arches and I simply cannot wear flats.  Dansko solves this problem, it’s like I am wearing cute supportive flats …and I have on heels.  Don’t you just love the Red Thea on the model below!

SRP: $130

Jute Professional

The Jute Professional (Jute Pro) by Dansko lightens up with serious comfort.  The Jute Pro is a  spin on Dansko’s Professional line!  The Jute Professional  provides a lighter choice for warmer climates or weather .  It’s an espadrille and a clog in one with a jute-wrapped outsole,  light and airy canvas uppers, fun stripes, an anti-fatigue rocker bottom, fun embroidery with  other seasonal twists for spring and beyond. Chief Blonde Remarks:  You will rarely go into a hospital these days without seeing the entire staff in Dansko shoes(or copies).  They  embody classic styling and all-day comfort.  Now when I say all-day comfort, I mean 12 hours on your feet, never sitting down, always moving comfort.  The reason Dansko shoes are worn by professionals is because they are up to the task.

Pippa

New from Dansko shoes for spring is  Pippa, a fresh twist on Dansko’s familar clog.  Drawing its inspiration from  high fashion’s molded footwear trend, the Pippa is a splash of fun available in six eye-popping colors (teal, yellow, orange, blue, black and magenta).  Its pushing-the-envelope design highlights a molded foot bed leading to outstanding support, a secure tread, and a polyurethane insert to provide energy return, shock absorption, and flexibility.  Chief Blonde Remarks:  This is certainly the  “go-everywhere” shoe for spring and summer.  It will take you from the garden to a garden party. The thing I adore about the Pippa and all of Dansko shoes is you always feel like you have secure footing and even if it’s a clog, mine have never slide off.  I think it’s important to emphasize that the Dansko Pippa is not not not a “Croc” in any way shape or form.  Pippa is  a refined, long wearing, highly designed shoe that will make you want every color in the line, so you can wear them with every outfit!

SRP: $70-$115
