Cinnamon Rosettes Croissants Recipe

My daughter whipped up these Cinnamon Rosettes Croissants one morning before a holiday. They are divine, a mere four ingredients, and great warm or cold.

Flaky, cinnamon rosettes made from store bought crescent rolls dough. Easy and elegant. These freeze beautifully as well.
Author: Shelley Zurek

Ingredients
  • Two (8-oz.) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 stick (8 Tbs) of butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar

I would love Vegan Brunch by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. I am a long-time vegan and I don’t eat most “typical” breakfast foods (although I love vegan waffles and pancakes) but I love creative vegan recipes. Isa Chandra Moskowitz is my favorite vegan cookbook author and I have never been disappointed by any of her recipes.

The “Top 30 Quick Vegetarian Breakfast Recipes for Busy Women: Never Miss Your Breakfast Again” cookbook sounds like it was made for me! I’m not vegetarian, but I don’t eat pork and a lot of breakfast cookbooks seem to be heavy on bacon/ham as an ingredient.
