We have always done our presents with our children on Christmas eve.  This allows us some needed family time. We often go to church, come home, eat, read the Christmas Story, open presents, and then have dessert.  As this is a celebration for me as well as the family, the meal is usually simple or take out, so that I don’t have to do a bunch of extra work.

    I would prefer the Beef Mongolian and Chicken Fried Rice for the holidays. I guess because when we get tired of the turkey a little something spicy would be what I would be craving.
