We have always done our presents with our children on Christmas eve.  This allows us some needed family time. We often go to church, come home, eat, read the Christmas Story, open presents, and then have dessert.  As this is a celebration for me as well as the family, the meal is usually simple or take out, so that I don’t have to do a bunch of extra work.

    The Beef Mongolian sounds good:) PF Chang’s is my fave.Can add a little crushed red pepper for some heat.

    For the holidays, I’d prefer the Asian flavors like Chicken Stir Fry and Sesame Chicken. I think I’d enjoy them for the contrast between the simplicity and clean taste of a stir-fry and the rich, heavier holiday fare.
