Ahhhh Fall! Is there anything like it? In Michigan, autumn is a special time, a sense of melancholy mixed with an exuberance of color bursting out from every vista. It’s the time of year when I carry all my summer clothes up to a distant closet and drag out jackets, cardigans, and suedes.
In Michigan, we are really blessed to have super warm days (in the high 70s) and then with the blink of an eye, the temperature plummets into the 50s. You have to be ready for anything.

It’s wonderful to be able to update and try new styles. With falls rich colors and sweaters, it’s just nice to get a few new pieces that will last. I really like the casual look of the quilted car coat, sweater, and jeans. Nice how you dressed it up with the shoes.
I love the chunky heeled shooties! Over the past couple of years I have managed to purchase several similar pairs and I enjoy wearing them. Comfortable and Fashionable.
