It’s Fall and you know what that means? BOOTS!
For this Bootie Trends Fall 2014 article, The Chief Blonde was sent two fabulous items from our Midnight Velvet : The Carlos Santana Equinox bootie ($110) and the Soft Sophisticate Top ($50). Pants are Levis skinny jeans from Kohls, necklace is handmade.
FALL FALL FALL! Not much I love about it to be honest. I am just a summer person all the way. But as I always try to find the light in everything, one of the shining lights about fall for me is BOOTS and BOOTIES.
I mean come on! Aren’t these pretty darn fabulous? The Carlos Santana Brand is one of my favorite as it is always edgy but the shoes are super comfortable. Once I figured out how to style these booties, I wanted an edgy top to match the bootie’s style. I chose this Midnight Velvet Soft Sophisticate with peek-a-boo shoulders. Isn’t it just the right blend of sweet and biker chick?

I really do love the boots you have on except the heel is too skinny for me. I really love the Black ones with the gold zipper! With the zipper, it’s easier to get in and out of. Plus they have a much thicker heel and they can be dressed up or down, depending on what you are wearing! Thanks, Michele 🙂

What I love the most about this look is that you went with the olive green. For years I’ve considered olive a great neutral that goes with a lot of looks. These boots are terrific.

Upper left-hand corner of the booties picture–killer black booties. I do not always like boots because they can be tight on my calves but booties are the answer. Easy to put on, no discomfort, great looking–what more can a girl want.
