Chocolate Champs No Bake Cookies
Hi, it’s Still Blonde’s resident baker, Alexzandra! I’m back with a wonderful treat for you. Chocolate Champs No Bake Cookies are a Big Game Party treat that’s hard to beat! Quick to make— no-bake! Easy to take-n’-go. Add some flair to your super-bowl party with this easy recipe that will make peanut butter and chocolate lovers craving to know how they are made.
A Family Favorite for Years!
My family has made this recipe for YEARS. My siblings and I talk all the time about when we were in elementary all the other students would grab these cookies first at school parties, because Chocolate Champs No Bake Cookies taste SO GOOD. No one else ever brought in a better treat for school events. My dad always helped us make these, with his contribution being to make sure all the ingredients were there because these cookies are SO EASY to make.
- Cover a cooking pan with aluminum foil, preferably a shallow cookie sheet.
- Frost a Ritz cracker evenly with peanut butter. Add another Ritz cracker on top to “sandwich” the peanut butter in-between
- Prepare the whole box of Ritz this way. You may use several pans. When a pan is completed, place in the fridge to cool
- Pour 2 packages of chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave for 30 seconds, take out, and mix. Continue in 30 second increments until completely melted.

- Remove a tray of the prepared Ritz and peanut butter sandwiches from the fridge. Dip each sandwich one-by-one into your bowl of chocolate, completely covering the sandwich. Place back on tray to cool.

- If placing decorative toppers onto cookies, place when chocolate is still slightly melted. This will make sure they stay in place. If writing on cookies, wait until they are chilled to avoid smearing.
- Put tray back into fridge to chill.
- Once chilled, cookies are ready to eat! When the cookies are chilled, they are simple to pop into a to-go container or onto a serving tray.

This is a great recipe to make for any event, and a nice way to bring the whole family together through baking. As you can imagine, you can vary the chocolate (white, fancy colors), the insides of the sandwich, and the toppings. Let your imagination run wild.

I like the MaxiMatic EWMST-325 Elite Platinum Triple Slow Cooker so I can make 3 dishes at once!
I would choose the pizza roasting oven, it would keep the pizza toasty warm.
I would get the Kitchen Active Spiral Slicer. We banished pasta from our diets about a year ago. I would use the spiralizer to make some Zoodles so I could have a plate of “spaghetti” and meat sauce!
I would love to pick up a Hamilton Beach 70740 8-Cup Food Processor. I currently use my blender for food processing and having a real food processor would really help me when making dinner for my hubby and I.
I could really use the crock pot. Would use to feed the grandkids!
I would love the KitchenAid K45SSOB 4.5-Quart Classic Series Stand Mixer, Onyx Black. I’ve wanted a good stand mixer for a while now and I know I would use it frequently.
I’d love to get the Presto 03430 Pizzazz Plus Rotating Oven, that would be the perfect thing to make some pizza 🙂
I’d get the Ninja Master Prep to make some yummy icy cold drinks because I love them. I could also use it to make dips and such so it seems like it would be handy for several things.
I’d pick the ninja master prep and make awesome smoothies
The Presto Belgian Waffle Maker because I could make a delicious breakfast for the one I care the most for in the world!
The Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler, Silver, Black Dials to grill hambugers for the big game.
WEll, I would get the Darth Vader waffle maker
We have a two slice toaster right now, for a family of four. I’d LOVE to have the Cuisinart CPT-180 Metal Classic 4-Slice Toaster, Brushed Stainless to make my life a whole lot easier!

I would get this Hamilton Beach 25460A Panini Press Gourmet Sandwich Maker for my fiancee for Valentines Day. He had one and it broke so he’d love to have it replaced.
I WANT IT
I would pick the Darth Vader Waffle Maker because we’re big Star Wars fans
I’d pick the Dual Breakfast Sandwich maker. I like to make sandwiches for hubby and I, but our toaster only does 1 english muffin at a time, so I have to do everything twice to make 2 sandwiches. With it I could make 2 at once and we could eat together instead of me serving him first and then making my own.
I have always wanted an immersion Blender like the Conair Cuisinart Smart Stick CSB-75BC 200 Watt 2 Speed Hand Blender!! I could whip up a tasty Bisque for Valentine’s Day, or any day!!

Toucan Touch Electric Opener
Okay, this isn’t really related to Valentine’s Day or Game day, but I’m in search of the perfect can opener, so this one caught my eye. Although, I’ll probably have to do more research on it before I buy my ‘perfect’ can opener. I’ve bought too many duds lately.
The Hamilton Beach 25409 Quesadilla Maker would be great for game day! Who doesn’t love a good quesadilla? Yum!
