Chocolate Champs No Bake Cookies
Hi, it’s Still Blonde’s resident baker, Alexzandra! I’m back with a wonderful treat for you. Chocolate Champs No Bake Cookies are a Big Game Party treat that’s hard to beat! Quick to make— no-bake! Easy to take-n’-go. Add some flair to your super-bowl party with this easy recipe that will make peanut butter and chocolate lovers craving to know how they are made.
A Family Favorite for Years!
My family has made this recipe for YEARS. My siblings and I talk all the time about when we were in elementary all the other students would grab these cookies first at school parties, because Chocolate Champs No Bake Cookies taste SO GOOD. No one else ever brought in a better treat for school events. My dad always helped us make these, with his contribution being to make sure all the ingredients were there because these cookies are SO EASY to make.
- Cover a cooking pan with aluminum foil, preferably a shallow cookie sheet.
- Frost a Ritz cracker evenly with peanut butter. Add another Ritz cracker on top to “sandwich” the peanut butter in-between
- Prepare the whole box of Ritz this way. You may use several pans. When a pan is completed, place in the fridge to cool
- Pour 2 packages of chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave for 30 seconds, take out, and mix. Continue in 30 second increments until completely melted.

- Remove a tray of the prepared Ritz and peanut butter sandwiches from the fridge. Dip each sandwich one-by-one into your bowl of chocolate, completely covering the sandwich. Place back on tray to cool.

- If placing decorative toppers onto cookies, place when chocolate is still slightly melted. This will make sure they stay in place. If writing on cookies, wait until they are chilled to avoid smearing.
- Put tray back into fridge to chill.
- Once chilled, cookies are ready to eat! When the cookies are chilled, they are simple to pop into a to-go container or onto a serving tray.

This is a great recipe to make for any event, and a nice way to bring the whole family together through baking. As you can imagine, you can vary the chocolate (white, fancy colors), the insides of the sandwich, and the toppings. Let your imagination run wild.

I like the Cuisinart 5-in-1 grill. Grilling during the cold in the comfort of your own home.
this vacuum would be amazing for do a quick clean up of furniture before guests come overhttp://www.amazon.com/Bissell-Eraser-Handheld-Vacuum-33A1/dp/B001EYFQ28/ref=sr_1_18?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1454878059&sr=1-18&keywords=small+appliances
That Ninja Master Prep would sure be handy.
I would pick the Hamilton Beach 25495 Breakfast Burrito Maker… So I could make my kiddos and hubby a nice breakfast burrito in the morning before work and school… They would love it. Ive always wanted one!
I would pick the Magic Bullet Blender because my juicer just broke and this would be a better replacement
I would select the “Ninja Master Prep” as it would be very helpful making cocktails for the Super Bowl party.
Oh my, now I’m hungry from looking at their “Hamilton Beach 25490A Dual Breakfast Sandwich Maker”! I’d choose that to make some great layered egg, etc…sandwiches.
I would get the amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-33461-6-Quart-Portable/dp/B005JB049C/ref=sr_1_35?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1454784445&sr=1-35&keywords=small+appliances as I’ve been wanting a second slow cooker for parties.
I grew up eating these cookies too! My mom has made them for years. However, our family prefers white chocolate to cover them (she uses the candy bark stuff or, if we’re google.com fancy, three Ghirardelli white chocolate melting discs!!) . Something about the taste of the white chocolate with the PB is just heavenly!
So, the small appliance I saw that I could really use is the Bissell pet hair eraser handheld vacuum! In fact, it’s so reasonably priced I think I’m going to order as soon as I’m done here… 🙂
i would choose the presto belgian waffle maker…with Valentine’s day falling on a Sunday it would be fun to make a big breakfast for
my husband and kids
I would get the Black & Decker HC306 1-1/2-Cup One-Touch Electric Chopper, White to make salsa for the game.
I would pick the Cuisinart GR-4N 5-in-1 Griddler, Silver, Black Dials to make paninis!
I think Hamilton Beach 25460A Panini Press Gourmet Sandwich Maker would come in handy on game day to make sandwiches.
I would love the Hamilton Beach Quesadilla Maker. I love quesadillas and I’ve been wanting to get one.
I would get the Presto Fry Daddy Deep Fryer for the big game. Can’t watch football without fried foods.
The 5 in 1 Griddle, Silver, from Cuisanart seems like it would be sturdy to make quick sandwiches and food, as well as easy to clean.
I would pick the classic stand mixer because I can’t afford a big fancy one, so this would do and still leave my hands free to add ingredients.
I would choose the Ninja for sure. To make drink and smoothies with. I have been wanting one of these for ages.
I would definitely choose a Cuisinart Griddler, because I can maked quick, pressed sandwiches or open it and grill indoors on it while watching the game! 🙂
Definitely the Hamilton Beach 64650 6-Speed Classic Stand Mixer, Stainless Steel. It would help me with baking. I really need a good one.
