Tip#1 : For each costume, observe closely what is and is not included. Sometimes the hat of the rider or the shirt of the rider IS included and sometimes it is not.

I don’t dress up for Halloween, but I think the Disney – Muppets – Kermit The Frog – Dress Up Dog Costume would be cute for our dog.
