I love bacon so a cookbook about bacon is a no brainer. I like that the feature of this cookbook is based on a food item that my family and I love so much. Plus, recipes with instruction on how to make bacon central meals are alway a plus.
At Amazon, I was thinking about how she said it started with bacon and eggs and why have a cheeseburger if you could have a bacon cheeseburger. I like bacon like the next person but I can’t even imagine all of the ways bacon is used. I’d like to get the book, as I think it would be fun. I guess I like the smell of bacon more than the taste. One of my son’s would eat bacon on everything if he could. He’ll want the book too.

I liked reading about Jennifer love hate relationship with bacon and the mess it makes on top of a glass topped stove (or any stove for that matter) and how she first learned about the best most efficient and still able to smell the bacon cooking of using the over, works wonderful and I love to cook bacon that way, shame she was not discovered by the Food Network as one of her dreams posted in the book and she has a cool web site that I need to check out.
I like that this book contains so many different recipes that include bacon. It says everything from “basic to complex”. Nice!
At Amazon I read about the author and found out that she is the author and publisher of the popular blog TheBaconAffairs.com…can’t wait to check it out.
