THE BIG BOOK OF BACON: Savory Flirtations, Dalliances, and Indulgences with the Underbelly of the Pig, by Jennifer Pearsall; November 4, 2014, 2014; $19.95; ISBN: 9781629145556
still blondeThe Chief Blonde Remarks: This giveaway is sponsored by me.  Here is an excerpt from my original review:

Now I know you have an idea of the delectable recipes in this 271 page full color book. You will love the heavyweight coated stock used to make the book and the oversized format. Every recipe has tips and tricks that help you understand the nuances behind each recipe. There are photos galore, which is a must for me when using a cookbook. And well…MMMMM BACON!

I just love that it’s so original. Like who ever thought that bacon could go on so many different things? My stepdad LOVES bacon and cooking and would love a copy of this book, though I’m sure my mom would not. 😉

Hubby and I love bacon although we really only eat it as a side with eggs. I would love to learn how to incorporate bacon into desserts and other meals!
