Ethnic cooking from her travels all over the world and of course written like a novel with family recipes. I love family recipes and ethnic cooking.

What appeals to me most is that she transports you to faraway lands with more than 100 recipes inspired by both familiar and traditional Western recipes because I don’t have to travel to enjoy those flavors, she has done that & put it all into this great cookbook!

I love that it states she tells the stories behind the recipes. I’m an adventurer who has yet to travel out of the country but I don’t mind travelling through someone else’s stories…

I’ve always wanted a cookbook with recipes from all around the world that simplified recipes enough for me to cook. I am easily overwhelmed by complex recipes and I can’t afford to get 15 new ingredients that I can only use in one recipe. I can’t tell from just the reviews if this book does avoid these problems, but if it does then I would love to have it.

From the description on Amazon what caught my eye was the
    globally inspired dishes
    simple techniques
Another thing that peaked my interest was learning the behind the scene stories.

I like that it is from different parts of the world and that is easy because I love trying new recipes, but like it easy so it would be harder to ruin lol.
